A massage therapist convicted of sexual assault is believed to be operating in breach of a permanent ban, prompting a public warning.
Queensland's Health Ombudsman said it was concerned Graham Schodde was still offering "mobile health services" despite the ban.
There were reportedly concerns Schodde was still providing services in Brisbane's south and Logan areas.
In a public warning issued on Friday, the ombudsman said Schodde had continued to advertise his services on websites.
"Mr Schodde is an unregistered health practitioner (massage therapist) who provided mobile health services," the ombudsman said.
The ombudsman issued an interim prohibition order to Schodde in November 2019 after he was charged with two counts of sexually assaulting a female massage client.
Schodde was later charged with sexually assaulting another female customer while providing a massage in breach of the interim prohibition order.
He was later convicted of the charges in Brisbane District Court.
In August 2022, the ombudsman permanently banned Schodde from providing any health service; paid or otherwise.
The next month he was convicted and fined $20,000 for breaching the order on three separate occasions.
"This warning is issued to ensure the public is aware that it is believed that Mr Schodde continues to offer to provide health services in breach of the permanent prohibition order," the ombudsman warning said.
"Mr Schodde’s health services continue to be advertised on third-party websites."
The Queensland ombudsman said people seeking health services can check if a practitioner has a prohibition order by visiting its website.
Anyone who had received services from Schodde since November 2019 was urged to contact the ombudsman.
